Connect & Learn Your Vision

Every great event starts with a conversation.

Once you reach out, our team connects with you to learn more about your event—your style, your priorities, and the overall experience you want to create. Whether you already have a clear vision or are just getting started, we’ll guide you in the right direction.

From there, we recommend DJs who are the best fit for your personality and event vibe. You’ll get to view their digital promo back, explore packages, and review pricing so you can make a confident, informed choice.

Secure Your Date

Once you’ve chosen your DJ and package, it’s time to make it official.

You will:

• Sign a digital contract 
• Submit a 20% retainer online 
• Receive access to your personalized client portal 

This locks in your date and officially kicks off the planning process.

Your Planning Portal

After booking, you’ll gain access to our online planning portal—your central hub for everything.

Inside, you can:

• Build your timeline 
• Select music and special songs 
• Share event details and preferences 
• Add unique elements that make your event yours 

You can update your information anytime, and we’re notified of changes in real time—so everything stays aligned.

The Final Planning Meeting

As your event approaches, we’ll schedule a detailed planning meeting to bring everything together. This will be done over video call.

During this meeting, we’ll walk through:

• Your timeline from start to finish 
• Key moments (introductions, first dances, etc.) 
• Music selections and crowd preferences 
• Special announcements or custom elements 

Afterward, you’ll receive a follow-up email with action items to ensure nothing gets overlooked.
